HISTORY

1983 Vinge evolves from a merger between four leading law firms: Vinge Ramberg Dahlin in Gothenburg and Stockholm, Adolf Öhmans in Stockholm, Olsson & Lidgard in Helsingborg and Almgren, Forkman & Liedholm in Malmö. This is how the multifaceted yet holistic law firm is formed - becoming the first firm in Sweden to fulfil the full range of trade and industry's legal requirements.

1985 Vinge opens office in Hong Kong.

1989 Vinge opens office in Brussels. Merger with tax consulting firm, Grosskopf, in Gothenburg.

1991 Merger with Sandströms in Stockholm.

1991 Vinge founds Scandinavian Law Alliance together with Kromann Reumert in Copenhagen and Thommessen Krefting Greve Lund in Oslo.

1999 Vinge opens office in Shanghai.
