THE DIVERSITY PROJECT

Today, approximately 20 per cent of the Swedish population consists of people with an ethnic background. However, within the legal profession, those with an ethnic background represent much less than 20%. We have decided to address the issue of integration. The ambition behind the project is to widen the legal market and to take advantage of the competence and the possibilities that increased diversity brings with it. The first step is a good education. This is why we address students at Swedish “gymnasiums”, ie upper secondary schools or high schools.

“Working life on equal terms – a diversity project” consists of a close relationship between Vinge - Ross Tensta Gymnasium and St. Botvids Gymnasium in Stockholm, Angeredsgymnasiet in Gothenburg as well as Malmö Latinskola.
