Information regarding the Goodjet bankruptcy

The statement of the Goodjet AB bancrupt's has today been filed with the Gothenburg District Court.
All creditors listed in the statement will receive confirmation thereof from the court. This also applies to all passengers, who have pre-paid tickets, which have not been used.
Creditors, who have received this confirmation from the court, do not need to contact the Receiver, Mr. Björn Aschan, or the court to file their claims.
The statement shows that there will be no distribution of dividends to creditors. Should the situation change, all creditors concerned will be informed.

Travellers who has used bank or credit cards to purchase tickets with Goodjet AB are recommended to contact their banks or credit companies to find out whether they are allowed refunds or not.
Bancruptcy estate inventory in Goodjet AB's bancruptcy
The bancruptcy estate inventory will be presented to the District Court of Gothenburg on Thursday, 13 February, 2003.

Goodjet AB (org no 556619-9757) was declared bankrupt on 17 January 2003 by the Gothenburg District Court.

telefax +46 31 722 3700, was appointed Receiver in the bankruptcy.
In the coming weeks the Receiver will take possession of the bankrupt company’s assets and a statement of the bankruptcy estate will be prepared. Such statement of the bankrupt estate should be finalised within the next 4-5 weeks and be available to the public at the earliest mid February 2003.
Creditors with claims against Goodjet AB do not need to contact the Receiver as information about Goodjet AB:s debts and liabilities is available to the Receiver.
Those creditors, who have prepaid tickets, which have not been used, are requested not to contact the Receiver for the time being. Information about prepaid air tickets is available to the Receiver.
As of today the Receiver is unable to provide information as to the possibilities of dividends to creditors in Goodjet AB:s bankruptcy. Such preliminary information can be given only when the statement of the bankruptcy estate has been prepared. On information available to the Receiver today it is anticipated that there will be no dividends payable to creditors in the bankruptcy.
The Receiver is assisted in the handling of the bankruptcy by advokat Fredrik Tengström and jur kand Jakob von Engeström, both working with Advokatfirman Vinge KB:s office in Gothenburg.
Future information about the handling of the bankruptcy, and the possibility for creditors to receive dividend in the bankruptcy, will be given on this home page.
