Vinge retains first place as the Nordic countries’ most-hired advisor in larger M&A transactions

Hans Wibom has been elected member of the Swedish ICC’s national committee’s executive committee. ICC Sweden is governed by a Board of Directors comprising 30 representatives from different sectors of Swedish business. Its mission is to determine the position of Swedish business on international issues and represent and promote Swedish positions within ICC.

Hans Wibom has also been elected member of The Swedish Industry and Commerce Stock Exchange Committee, NBK. The NBK's purpose is to seek to enforce the professional code of conduct in the stock market by giving recommendations. It is a body that is neccessary to make the self-regulation at the Swedish stock market work.
