New top ranked partner at Vinge

Johan Winnerblad, a partner of Mannheimer Swartling since 1998, will join Vinge as a partner.

Johan Winnerblad’s (b. 1967) main specialist areas are M&A, Private Equity and IT- and Telecommunications. The exact starting date is yet to be decided, but it is expected that Johan will join Vinge during the course of 2004.

Johan Winnerblad is regarded as one of Sweden’s leading business lawyers, and publications such as "The European Legal 500" and "Chambers Global - The World’s Leading Lawyers" regularly rank him among the top Swedish lawyers in his specialist areas. After graduating with an LLM from Stockholm University in 1990, Johan Winnerblad worked as in-house counsel at IBM Svenska AB before joining Mannheimer Swartling. He has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 1996.
