Vinge appoints six of senior associates to partners as of 1 January 2004.

Henrik Borna (b. 1967), Helsingborg. Henrik Borna joined Vinge in 1996 and works with M&A, corporate and IT law.
Fredrik Dahl (b. 1965), Stockholm. Fredrik Dahl joined Vinge in 1995 and has also worked one year at Vinge’s Paris office. Fredrik Dahl specialises in employment law.
Christina Kokko (b. 1967), Stockholm. Christina Kokko works with M&A and joined Vinge in 1994. Prior to joining Vinge, Christina Kokko worked as a law clerk at ITT Hartford in California and at Swedfund International AB in Stockholm.
Pär Remnelid (b. 1966), Malmoe. Pär Remnelid has worked at the Swedish Competition Authority and joined Vinge in 1995, working at Vinge’s Brussels office until 1999. Pär specialises in EU and antitrust law and M&A.
Mattias Schömer (b. 1966), Stockholm. Prior to joining Vinge in 2000, Mattias Schömer worked at the Swedish Competition Authority and as a tax lawyer at Enskilda Juridik, Enskilda Securities. Mattias Schömer specialises in tax law.
Fredrik Sonander (b. 1971), Gothenburg. Fredrik Sonander joined Vinge in 1998 and works with corporate finance, corporate law and M&A.
