PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

The annual public procurement amounts to several hundred million Swedish kronor in Sweden alone. We assist Swedish and foreign bidders as well as procurement entities during the various stages of the procurement process. We have solid experience as representatives in review cases and tort cases and we arrange customised training, and organise and participate at conferences in Sweden and abroad.

Because of our size and specialist capability in adjacent areas such as litigation and EU law, and because of our local presence in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Malmö as well as in Brussels, we are able to give cost-efficient and comprehensive advice also in relation to complex deals where there is considerable amount at stake.
