Working at Vinge is exciting and offers excellent career development opportunities. Regardless of what you did before, as a lawyer you will quickly be in the thick of things at Vinge. Everyone who starts working with us is placed in one of our practice groups based on their interests, desires and needs. To promote a broad range of know-how we prefer that you change practice group after a year or two. This will give you the opportunity to work with different types of projects and clients and also work with several different colleagues.

We recruit newly-qualified lawyers as well as lawyers who have performed court service, or who have work experience. Studies abroad or another degree, especially in economics, are considered beneficial. You must have a good command of English and if you speak other languages as well then this is considered beneficial. Other important personal qualities include life experience, integrity, humbleness, ambition and lack of prestige. It is important that you are a team player since we often work in project groups.
