Vinge advises on sale of FM Fastigheter i Göteborg AB
Vinge has advised the sellers, Niklasberg AB and Tourrettes AB, in connection with the sale of FM Fastigheter i Göteborg AB to Dagon AB. The transaction value amounts to SEK 108 million.
Vinge's team consisted of Olof Jisland and Viggo Becker Ståhl.
